Kevin Bishopp is the director of advisor growth strategies for Russell Investments. The focus of his work is developing integrated programs, tools and processes to help propel advisors to reach their growth, efficiency, client service and profitability goals. In addition to development and oversight of Russell's programs, Kevin provides individual practice management consulting to a select number of Russell's Premier Clients.
Tom Bloomer is a regional director for Russell Investments’ private client services business. Tom works with high potential financial advisors to develop appropriate, tailored financial solutions for their clients using Russell products, tools, and services. He is focused on helping advisors grow their business by generating leverage and scale – strategies designed to achieve success in their practice and for their clients. Tom joined Russell in 2010.
Rachel Carroll is a consultant in Russell Investments’ Americas Institutional business. She is a member of the team that provides advice to endowments, foundations, and corporate clients on all aspects of their investment programs including governance, asset allocation, investment structure, manager selection, performance monitoring, and implementation strategies. Prior to her return to Consulting, Rachel was a client portfolio manager in the client strategies group of the investment division, focusing primarily on Russell’s equity portfolios. Her previous role in consulting was as senior analyst. Rachel also serves as a media spokesperson for Russell.
Sandy Cavanaugh is chief executive officer of Russell Investments’ Americas Private Client Services business. As the senior executive of Private Client Services, Sandy sets Russell’s strategic direction affecting all intermediary relationships, including the bank, brokerage, insurance and other advisory channels. Sandy has built a long track record of success growing firms in a variety of business cycles, including start-up, turnaround, and mergers and acquisitions.
David Crowder is a divisional client executive for Russell Investments’ U.S. private client services business, specifically the premier client group and consulting services division. David works to help advisors strategically prepare for the next phases of their business, which includes business planning, succession planning and consulting services. David joined Russell in 2007.
Mike Dueker is head economist, North America, for Russell Investments. Mike writes regularly for Russell’s Market Outlook publications, forecasting the business cycle and the target federal funds rate. He developed and maintains a business cycle indicator that is updated regularly for Market Outlook. He also spearheads Russell’s participation as a blue chip forecaster for both blue chip economic indicators and blue chip financial forecasts. Prior to joining Russell in 2008, Mike was an assistant vice president and research economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Mark Eibel is director of client investment strategies for Russell Investments. Mark helps set strategic asset allocation targets and drives product innovation on the private client side of the business. Mark is a principal spokesman for Russell’s investment process and frequently speaks to clients, industry conferences and the media. He is a frequent guest on television and radio networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Bloomberg Radio.
Adrianna Giesey is a portfolio analyst for Russell Investments. Based in London, Adrianna supports the portfolio managers of Russell’s global and U.S. real estate securities funds. She provides capital/property market research for both U.S. and global public real estate. Adrianna is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
Sophie Gilbert is a director of capital markets insights for Russell Investments. In this role, Sophie is responsible for communications strategy for the Capital Markets Insights group, which shapes and delivers client service strategy and capital markets information for private client advisors. Sophie joined Russell in 2010 following 9 years at Capital Group Companies.
Rod Greenshields is a consulting director for Russell Investments’ U.S. private client consulting group. He delivers tailored consultative expertise in the areas of investment management, practice management, and capital markets insight to Russell’s key distribution relationships. He provides advice on portfolio strategy creation and capital markets research to advisors and financial services organizations who share Russell’s commitment to a long-term investment discipline on their clients’ behalf. Rod is intrigued by the intersection of economics, investing, and human behavior and continually looks for new and interesting ways to understand and help investors.
Kevin Hoffberg is the Managing Director Marketing for Russell’s Private Client Services business. He is responsible for setting marketing strategy and direction for intermediaries. For over nearly thirty years, Kevin has written extensively on decision making, CRM, sales and influencing, and management topics. He has a wealth of experience in financial services, having worked with leading firms in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
Jaylene Howard is a consulting director for Russell Investments’ U.S. private client consulting group. Jaylene is responsible for the delivery of tailored consultative expertise in the areas of investment management, practice management and capital markets insight to Russell’s most significant distribution relationships. In this role, she provides advice on portfolio strategy creation and capital markets research to advisors and financial services organizations who share Russell’s commitment to a long-term investment discipline on their clients’ behalf.
Natalie Miller is a consulting director for Russell Investments in U.S. Private Client Consulting Services. In this role, Natalie provides capital markets research, advice on complex portfolio strategy creation, and practice management assistance to highly skilled advisors and financial professionals who share Russell’s commitment to a long-term investment discipline. Natalie is especially drawn to educating investors about financial matters and showing them how financial markets can help improve their financial security.
Tim Noonan is managing director of capital markets insights for Russell Investments. Tim heads the group responsible for shaping and delivering client service strategy, and delivering capital markets information to private client advisors. He is chairman of the private client services investment advice and policy committee, and he is a member of Russell’s global innovation council where he represents Russell’s global retail service line. Tim speaks fluent Spanish and is an avid runner.

Brandy Swift is an account executive for the defined contribution channel within Russell’s private client services business. A member of the national accounts team, Brandy helps develop and manage client relationships for platforms, record keepers and strategic distribution partners. She has over ten years of experience working with financial advisors in both sales and client management positions. She joined Russell in 2006.
Sam Ushio is a practice management consultant for Russell Investments’ U.S. private client services business. Sam delivers strategic business planning and ongoing coaching to financial advisors in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Sam creates business development content to enable financial advisors to build more successful advisory practices.
Michael Winnick is managing director of U.S. sales and partnerships for Russell Investments' U.S. private client services group, with responsibility for Russell’s U.S. retail distribution. His responsibilities include management of Russell’s nationwide sales teams and strategic distribution partnerships. Michael is a member of Russell’s U.S. retail executive committee and Russell’s global leadership forum.
